Going home on Mar 10

I'll going home on Mar 10 for holi. I am going to hometown after 3+ months gap. I'll be in Jaipur upto Mar 19, evening. Feeling excited about it.

Convocation for 2003-2004-2005 batch

We have convocation on Mar 12, 2006 in our college for 2003, 2004 and 2005 batch. First time, I am disappointed for doing something in time. Reason being, people who have already taken their degree are not invited for the convocation. I am going to miss the snap in scholar's gown. However, I'll be in Jaipur only on Mar 12.

Lucent Riverstoned on Feb 7, 2006

Lucent has acquired RiverStone Networks for $170M in cash. The process will take another 3-4 months to complete. It would be an asset purchase agreement.

Celebration Run in Bangalore Marathan - 2005

I participated in Bangalore Marathan - 2005 for Celebration Run (7 Kms). It was a great experience. This is the snap after the marathan. All of them are my colleagues. You can see Kobra and Deepak Ojha also in the snap.

This photo has been taken in my room in our flat. You know four out of six people here. The one in center in Blue tshirt with red neck is Chinmoy Mukherjee. My college friend. He used to be kishan kanhaiya in the college. A very good singer, has a powerful hand too. I am fan of his singing.

In center with blue jacket is Debabrata Gharah. He is also my college friend. We five (Puneet, Deepak, Abhishek, Deb and Me) stay together. Deb is a seedha saada bangeli. Nice at heart. Going to gym is his passion. We call him "Arnold" also. But, he prefers to be called "Mr Anderson".

These are the snaps of an outing to Bluff Fall with one of our colleague Ankit Jain. This place is approx 100 KM far from Bangalore. We enjoyed a lot, especially taking bath under waterfall.

My Colleagues Cum Roommates Cum College Friends

This the snap which wa taken probably on the third day of my professional life. We four from REC, Jaipur joined RiverStone Networks as frist company of our career. Now lemme introduce my friends to you.

Abhishek Kabra: I'll say "Shakal par mat jao sab dikhawa hai". He is famous as KOBRA and BHEEL in our friends community. He is called BHEEl because he is from Bheelwara and KOBRA because he is exceptionally poisonous. Very good at financial matters, going to be next Hrashad Mehta of dalal street. "Kab kise sare bazaar bech khae kuchh kaha nahi jaa sakta". Typical govinda style person, who can laugh at himself. Kiski kaise utari jaye he knows that. He has managed 2-3 girl friends in Bangalore. Now-a-days he remains very busy in talking to those friends whole night.

Puneet Goyal: Pakka Marwari Baniya "Chamdi jaye par damdi na jaye". But, when he decides to but something buys the dearest one. I call him GOLU. Known as PG in friends community. He is from Pawata, Sawaimodhopur. Very good at hisaab-kitaab. You can ask him about the money spent on some day 3 years before. Chatting is his hobby. He loves good food.
